About L’Incanto Apartments

L’Incanto is a single building of ten apartments, not a hotel. There is no restaurant, no bar and no breakfast service — every apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area and washing machine, and guests cook for themselves or drive into Preveza to eat. We describe it as holiday apartments rather than a hotel because that is what it is, legally and practically.

The apartments sleep between two and five people. Two of the ten are on the ground floor with step-free access from the grounds, and those two are the ones that accept pets. Every apartment has a sea view, free air conditioning, free WiFi and a place to park on site at no charge.

A booking made on this site goes to the property, with no agency in between and no booking fee added at checkout. The rate you see is what the apartment costs for the dates you picked, and the cancellation terms attached to that rate are shown before you confirm and repeated in your confirmation email.

You will also find us on the usual booking platforms. Those are useful and we are glad to be on them, but they take a commission, and booking here is the version where that money stays with the property.

The beach guides, the destination pages and the day-trip write-ups are ours — written from being here, not assembled from other people’s websites. Where we do not know something we say so rather than filling the gap: you will notice, for example, that we do not publish a walking time to the water, because nobody has measured it.

Seasonal details change — opening hours, which beach bars are running, what the road to a cove is like this year. If something here turns out to be wrong when you arrive, tell us and we will fix the page.
