These are the apartments with a capacity of four or five. Apartments 01, 03 and 06 are configured as two adults plus children rather than four adults, so they are the ones that match a standard family booking; 02, 05, 08 and 10 take four adults and work equally well for families with older children.

Apartment 06, on the second floor, is the only unit in the building with a dedicated bunk room and an additional small bed alongside the king-size bed. It is registered for two adults and up to three children, which makes it the single apartment here that fits a family of five without anyone sleeping on a sofa.

If you need two closing doors rather than one open plan, Apartment 10 on the third floor is the only two-bedroom unit — though it is not currently open for booking, so check its page before planning around it.

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a washing machine. That combination is the difference between eating out three times a day at a child’s schedule and simply making breakfast when they wake up. The washing machine matters more than people expect on a beach holiday — sand and salt water go through a wardrobe quickly.

Supermarkets and a pharmacy are in Preveza, about four kilometres and eight to twelve minutes away by car. Parking at the apartments is free and on site, so the shop run is genuinely a short errand rather than a search for a space.

Kalamitsi, three kilometres north, has a shallow entry for the first several metres and seasonal beach bars — it is the practical choice for an afternoon with younger children. Kastrosikia, further up the coast, is the one to pick for a full day, because food and shade are on the beach itself rather than a drive away.
