Terms of Service

Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been processed. All rates are quoted in euro (EUR). The total price for your dates, including any applicable charges, is shown before you confirm the booking.

Government-mandated accommodation charges (such as the Greek Climate Crisis Resilience Fee) may apply in addition to the nightly rate and are payable as required by law.

Payment is taken at the time of booking through our payment provider. Your card details are processed by the provider and are never stored on our systems.

Cancellation windows and any applicable fees depend on the rate you select and are shown before confirmation. Most direct rates include free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival; the exact terms for your booking are stated on the rate at checkout.

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the stay is treated as a no-show and charged according to the rate terms.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early arrival or late departure can sometimes be arranged — contact us before your dates and we will tell you what is possible.

The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the capacity stated for the apartment at booking. Children count toward occupancy as stated on the rate.

Pets are accepted only in the apartments designated pet friendly (Apartments 01 and 02) and must be declared at the time of booking so we can assign the right unit.

Guests are expected to respect the property, staff and other guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, and parties or events are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal use. Report any breakage or issue when it happens so it can be put right promptly.
