Apartments 04, 07 and 09 are the two-guest units. The practical difference between them is height: 04 is one flight up, 07 is on the second floor, and 09 is the highest bookable apartment in the building, looking out over open water rather than across neighbouring rooftops. Apartment 04 is the only one of the three with a sofa bed as well as the king-size bed.

Apartment 09 sits at the top of the bookable stack and faces the open Ionian. The practical consequence is the evening: the sun sets over water rather than behind the building opposite, and the balcony is the place you end up eating. It costs the same as the two lower two-guest apartments.

Chroneika is a small settlement, not a resort strip, so evenings are quiet by default. Dinner means driving four kilometres into Preveza, where the Seitan Pazar lane fills up after 21:00 — tables that look empty at 20:00 are full by half past nine. Preveza is known across Greece for its sardines, eaten grilled with bread and ouzo rather than as a main course.

For a quieter day, Alonaki is a small sheltered cove up the coast past Kastrosikia — it takes a deliberate drive, which is exactly why it stays empty when the closer beaches do not.
