Privacy Policy

Booking details: name, email, phone number, dates, number of guests and any requests you send through the booking or contact forms, by email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber.

Newsletter: if you subscribe in the footer, we store your email address to send occasional seasonal offers and updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.

Payment details: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Usage data: this site uses analytics to count visits and understand which pages are read. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

To confirm and manage your reservation, to communicate with you about your stay, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep the website working and improving. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Only the providers needed to run the service: the payment provider that processes your card, and the hosting provider that runs the booking system. Each processes data under its own GDPR-compliant terms. Links to Google Maps, Facebook, WhatsApp and Viber take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

The site stores a small set of technical items (such as your language preference in your browser) and analytics cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Booking records are kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires. Contact-form and newsletter data is kept until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (newsletter). You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
