Sea-View Apartments near Preveza

Every apartment in the building carries a sea view, so this page covers all ten. What differs is height and outlook: the ground-floor apartments open onto the grounds, the first and second floors have private balconies, and the third floor looks over open water rather than across neighbouring roofs. Apartment 10 is the only one with a terrace instead of a balcony.

The building is in Chroneika, a small coastal settlement on the Ionian north of Preveza. We do not publish a door-to-water distance, because no one has measured it and a number invented for a web page is worse than no number. What we can tell you is that the shoreline is the village’s own — quiet, unorganised, with no beach service — and that the nearest organised beach, Kalamitsi, is three kilometres and five to eight minutes away by car.

Kalamitsi is the closest organised beach at three kilometres. Monolithi, twelve kilometres north, is the long one — regularly described as among the longest continuous sandy beaches in Europe at roughly twenty-two kilometres, and backed by a protected pine forest that provides the only real shade once you leave the bars. Kastrosikia, twenty-one kilometres up the coast, is a working village with tavernas and a supermarket on the seafront rather than a resort strip.

If the view is the reason you are booking, ask for the third floor — Apartment 09 is the highest bookable unit and looks over open water. If stairs are a consideration, or you are travelling with a pet, the two ground-floor apartments have step-free access from the grounds. Everything between has a private balcony.
