Weekly and Longer Stays in Preveza
Every apartment here is self-catering — a full kitchen, a dining area and a washing machine in each one, with free parking outside. That is the practical difference between a hotel room for three nights and somewhere you can actually live for a fortnight.
Which apartments suit this
Any of the ten works for a longer stay, but these four are the ones with a four-adult capacity and no child-only allowance, so they give the most usable living space per booking. Apartment 02 is on the ground floor with step-free access and accepts pets; Apartment 10 is the only one with two separate bedrooms.

What a longer stay costs
Rates start at €80 a night and the booking form prices any date range you enter, week-long stays included, so the total you see is the total. We have deliberately not advertised a weekly or monthly discount on this page, because no such rate is set up in the booking system and printing one here would be inventing a price. If you are planning a stay of a fortnight or more, contact us directly and ask — that is a conversation, not a published tariff.
Living here rather than visiting
Chroneika is a small settlement, so the weekly shop happens in Preveza — four kilometres and eight to twelve minutes by car, where the supermarkets, the pharmacies and the market are. Parking at the apartments is free and on site, which sounds minor until you are doing that run twice a week in August.
A car is close to essential for a stay of any length. The beaches, Nikopolis, the Acheron and Lefkada are all drives rather than walks, and public transport between the coastal villages is built around residents rather than visitors.
When the property is open
The booking calendar runs from June to September. Outside those months the apartments are not bookable online, so a long autumn or winter stay is not something the site can quote for — get in touch if that is what you are after.
