The apartments
How many apartments are there, and how do they differ?
There are ten, spread across the ground, first, second and third floors, all facing the sea. All of them include Sea View, Free WiFi, Free Parking, Free Air Conditioning, Satellite TV Channels, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Fully Equipped Bathroom, Dining Area and Washing Machine. They differ mainly in capacity: apartments 04, 07 and 09 sleep two; apartments 01, 02, 03, 05 and 08 sleep four; apartment 06 sleeps five.
Which apartment suits a family?
Apartments 01, 02, 03, 05, 06 and 08 take four guests or more, up to five in the largest. Each apartment page lists its exact capacity and the split between adults and children.
Which apartment suits a couple?
Apartments 04, 07 and 09 are the two-guest apartments. Their individual pages list the bed configuration and what each one includes.
What is in the kitchen?
Every apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, so you can cook rather than eat out for every meal. There is no restaurant, bar or breakfast service on site — this is self-catering accommodation, not a hotel.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, in every apartment, along with a fully equipped bathroom. On a beach holiday it gets more use than people expect.
Is WiFi and air conditioning included?
Both, in every apartment, at no extra charge. Every apartment also has satellite TV channels; apartment 06 has a Smart TV instead.
Is there step-free access?
Apartments 01 and 02 are on the ground floor with step-free access straight from the grounds — no stairs between the car and the door. The other eight are on the first, second and third floors and are reached by stairs.
Do you provide towels and bed linen?
Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the apartment is cleaned and prepared before you arrive.
Booking & payment
How much does an apartment cost?
Rates start from €80 per night and vary by apartment, date and length of stay. The exact total for your dates is shown before you confirm, with no booking fee added.
When are you open?
The season typically runs from June to September, and the booking calendar always shows the dates that are actually open — check your dates there first. For a stay outside those months, contact us directly.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken by card through the secure checkout on this site when you confirm the booking. There is no booking fee added on top of the rate you see.
What is the cancellation policy?
The exact terms depend on the rate you select and are shown before you confirm, then repeated in your confirmation email. If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us directly rather than through a third party.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can usually be arranged subject to availability — ask us in advance.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Booking on this site avoids the commission that online travel agencies add, so the direct rate is the lowest we publish for the same apartment and dates.
Is there a minimum stay?
No. Single-night stays are accepted, subject to availability on your dates.
Location & getting here
Where exactly is L'Incanto Apartments?
L'Incanto Apartments is at Aristotelous 26, Chroneika, 48100, on the Ionian coast in the Preveza area of Epirus, Greece.
What is nearby?
The apartments sit on the coast between Preveza town and the beaches to the north. Kalamitsi, Monolithi and Alonaki beaches, the Nikopolis archaeological site, Preveza Old Town and Aktion National Airport (PVK) are all a short drive away — the Preveza guide covers each in detail.
How far is the airport?
Aktion National Airport (PVK) is about 8 km away — roughly 12 to 18 minutes by car, north through the Preveza–Aktio undersea tunnel. We do not run an airport transfer service; guests arrive by hire car or take a taxi from the rank outside arrivals.
How far is Preveza town, and where are the shops?
Preveza town centre is about 4 km away, 8 to 12 minutes by car. The supermarkets, pharmacies and tavernas are all there — Chroneika itself is a small settlement, so the weekly shop happens in Preveza.
Do I need a car?
Close to it. The shoreline below the village is walkable, but everything else — beaches, shops, restaurants, Nikopolis — is a drive, and local buses are built around residents rather than visitors. Parking at the apartments is free and on site.
How close is the beach?
The apartments are on the coast at Chroneika and look out over the sea. We do not publish a door-to-water distance because nobody has measured it — what we can say is that the village shoreline is unorganised, with no sunbeds or beach service, and the nearest organised beach is Kalamitsi, about 3 km and 5 to 8 minutes north.
Policies
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in apartments 01 and 02. Please tell us at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable apartment, and contact us directly if you would like to travel with a pet on other dates.
Can I bring a cot or highchair?
Ask us when you book. We would rather answer that individually than publish a blanket yes on a web page, because availability is not guaranteed for every apartment on every date.
Can I smoke in the apartments?
No. The apartments are non-smoking. Parties are not permitted and quiet hours apply after 23:00.
