The apartments
How many apartments are there, and how do they differ?
There are ten, spread across the ground, first, second and third floors, all facing the sea. All of them include sea view, free wifi, free parking, free air conditioning, satellite tv channels, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathroom, dining area and washing machine. They differ mainly in capacity: apartments 04, 07 and 09 sleep two; apartments 01, 02, 03, 05 and 08 sleep four; apartment 06 sleep five.
Which apartment suits a family?
Apartments 01, 02, 03, 05, 06 and 08 take four guests or more, up to five in the largest. Each apartment page lists its exact capacity and the split between adults and children.
Which apartment suits a couple?
Apartments 04, 07 and 09 are the two-guest apartments. Their individual pages list the bed configuration and what each one includes.
Booking & payment
How much does an apartment cost?
Rates start from €80 per night and vary by apartment, date and length of stay. The exact total for your dates is shown before you confirm, with no booking fee added.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can usually be arranged subject to availability — ask us in advance.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Booking on this site avoids the commission that online travel agencies add, so the direct rate is the lowest we publish for the same apartment and dates.
Is there a minimum stay?
No. Single-night stays are accepted, subject to availability on your dates.

Where exactly is L'Incanto Apartments?
L'Incanto Apartments is at Aristotelous 26, Chroneika, 48100, on the Ionian coast in the Preveza area of Epirus, Greece.
What is nearby?
The apartments sit on the coast between Preveza town and the beaches to the north. Kalamitsi, Monolithi and Alonaki beaches, the Nikopolis archaeological site, Preveza Old Town and Aktion National Airport (PVK) are all a short drive away — the Preveza guide covers each in detail.
Policies
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in apartments 01 and 02. Please tell us at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable apartment, and contact us directly if you would like to travel with a pet on other dates.
Can I smoke in the apartments?
No. The apartments are non-smoking. Parties are not permitted and quiet hours apply after 23:00.
